The Chicago Menopause Collective connects midlife women with local menopause care experts, physicians, researchers, trusted resources, and science-based education, empowering them to build personalized healthcare teams and make informed decisions about their menopause journey—from perimenopause through post-menopause.

Jill Foos is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in supporting midlife women navigating menopause and beyond through lifestyle interventions and is the founder of Jill Foos Wellness Coaching.

 

She has 10+ years of experience helping women achieve their wellness visions using science-backed strategies for change.

 

She is a Head Coach for Respin, Halle Berry’s menopause platform, hosts the Health Trip Podcast, and lectures at national businesses about women’s health and lifestyle changes.

Dr. Dana M. Russo Co-Founder of the Chicago Menopause Collective

Dr. Dana M. Russo is a board-certified gynecologist, functional medicine physician, and the founder of Essenza Health, a medical practice dedicated to health optimization and transformative care.

 

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Russo combines precision medicine, advanced therapies, and compassionate care to help patients achieve balance, vitality, and longevity.

 

After recognizing a significant gap in physician training and patient support around menopause, Dr. Russo immersed herself in advanced education and has dedicated her practice to menopausal care since 2017.
